Q: Holiday Hours
A: 
Top Mix restaurants are closed on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day varies by location to allow our team members to spend time with their family and friends. Depending on the amount of business on the day before these holidays, the restaurants may close early or open later. We leave this decision to the discretion of the management team.
Please contact the restaurant directly for the scheduled closing time and opening times the day before Christmas Eve. Otherwise, Top Mix restaurants are open all other holidays.

At the moment, we currently accept catering orders on a case by case basis. Our catering menu features generous family-sized Caribbean meals available for pickup that make party planning easy. So, for your next family dinner, special party or office gathering, let Top Mix help you delight guests with delicious Caribbean specialties.

Top Mix guests can receive a complimentary birthday scoop on their birthday when they dine with us. Just let your server know!

Thank you for considering us for your celebrations. Our team members would be happy to join your group in singing Happy Birthday to the guest of honor!

We currently do not offer a rewards program, but you can join our mialing list in order to receive news & offers.

Q: Do I need to make a reservation to dine in?

We currently do not require anyone to make reservations as we do not accept them at this time. Every guest dining in is on a 1st come, 1st serve basis. The health and safety of our guests and team members has always been our first priority. That is why we have a dedicated team responsible for overseeing our robust food safety and restaurant cleanliness practices. Along with our participation in the ServSafe Dining Commitment, we are confident in our ability to provide a safe environment for our guests and team members.

Donations

Q: How do I make a request for a donation?
A: 
Top Mix donates to charitable causes that benefit the community. Donation requests can be submitted in writing via. e-mail to TopMixBar@gmail.com for our Roxbury location or TopMixBarJP@gmail.com for our JP location.

This includes requests for donations of gift certificates or food.

Request should be on your organization's official letterhead, including the organizations full name, address, phone and fax numbers. State your donation request, when it is needed and how it will benefit the community.

Please submit written requests 30 days prior to the date the donation is needed. Unfortunately, it's not possible to honor every request that we receive. Please accept our apology in advance if we are not able to fulfill your request!

To-Go

Q: Does Top Mix offer online ordering for To-Go?
A:
Yes, we do! For your convenience we offer online ordering for To-Go at both of our locations in Roxbury and Jamaica Plain.
Please find us listed with our affiliates with Uber Eats, Grubhub, and Doordash.

Q: I need to cancel or change my To-Go order
A:
Please contact the restaurant directly or the affiliate you placed your order with if you need to change or cancel your To-Go order.
Your confirmation email will have the phone number to your local Top Mix.
